 We recognise that each organisation which uses our Project Cycle Management software will have it's own requirements in terms of:
  • Quality assurance question sets
  • Budget headings and codes
  • Report generation formats
  • User interface profiles
  • Import/export of data to and from existing and new applications

In view of this, we have evolved a design strategy which centrally incorporates the concept of flexibility and allows many of the elements listed above to be changed within the application.

To take account of exceptional situations, where in-application customisation is insufficient, we are happy to enter into Development Partnerships with customers who wish to extend or modify the Project Facilitator application to suit specific requirements.

The soon to be released distributed version of Project Facilitator has been designed from the ground up to support this approach and we intend to publish a programmers toolkit and API to allow application extension.
