 Local Livelihoods have developed a full implementation of the Project Cycle Management methodology in software, known as Project Facilitator, licenses for which can be purchased online.

While currently available as a desktop application which can be used in either standalone or multi-user mode over a LAN, we will soon be releasing a fully distributed version which can be used anywhere with a broadband connection.  For further information press Project Facilitator on the lest.
